ADMISSION INTO THE INSTITUTE OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIES (I.P.S) Bamenda
The management of the institute of professional Studies (I P S) informs the general
public and students in particular that the institution has launched admission into

Minster of Public Health H.E. Mr. MAMA FOUDA has launched the competitive examinations
for the training of health personnel in many fields to recruit 2335 youths. This

THE RECRUITMENT
OF COURT REGISTRY ASSISTANTS
The Minister of
the Public Service and Administration Reforms orders as follows:
Article 1: A direct competitive examination
for the recruitment of 225 (two hundred and twenty five) Court Registry Assistant
of the “D” category of the Public Service
shall be organized on 8 August 2008 in the ten provincial headquarters.
AND
A direct competitive examination for the recruitment of 200 Assistant Court Registrars
of the “C” category of the public service
shall be organized on 26 July 2008 in the ten provincial headquarters.
Article 2:
General Requirements:
The examination shall be opened to all Cameroonians who are 17 years of age at least
and 29 years of age at most, as at
1st January 2008 and holder of the first school leaving certificate (FSLC),
or Certificate d’Etudes Premier (CFP) (or a recognized equivalent certificate).
Article 3: General Requirements
The examination shall be opened to all Cameroonians who are 17 years old at least
and 29 years old at most, as at 1st January 2008 and holder of the General
Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (GCE-OL) or the Brevet d’Etudes du Premier
Cycle (BEPC) or a recognized equivalent certificate
Article 4:
File composition for both Exams
Candidates complete application files shall be deposited, against a receipt, at
the Ministry of the Public Service and Administration Reforms, Department of State
Human Resources Development, Direct and Scholarship Competitive Examination Service
(4th floor, room 405 and 409) or in all Provincial Delegations of the
Public Service, latest 11 June 2008.

A registration form bearing a CFA 1000 fiscal stamp. The form can
be obtained in the ministry of the public service and administrative reform (department of state human resources
development) or at all provincial delegation of the public service:

A certified true copy of birth certificate signed by a competent civil
authority(mayor, DO,SDO, Governor)not more than 3 (three)months old;
3.
A certificate of non-conviction not more than three months old;
4.
A certified true copy of the required certificate signed by a competent
civil authority not more than 3 (three) months old;
5.
An attestation of presentation of original certificate signed by a
competent civil authority not more than 3(three) months old;
6.
A receipt attesting payment of the registration fee of CFA 15000 (fifteen
thousand) issued by either the service head for internal competitive examinations
at the ministry or the head of the
recruitment and training service at
the provincial delegation of the ministry of the public service and administrative
reforms;
7.
A medical certificate issued by a public sector medical
officer not more than three months old;
8.
4(four)passport-size photographs
9.
A stamped envelop bearing the candidate’s
address
NB: All incomplete or late files or files containing
documents not signed by the competent authority shall be simply rejected.

to care for the elderly, the blind, the deaf, the dumb and the physically handicapped.
