Competitive entrance examination into the
National Advanced School of Public Works Yaoundé

The Provincial Delegate of Public Works for the North West informs the general public that, the Honourable Minister of Public Works has launched the competitive entrance examination for self sponsored students into the National Advanced School of Public Works Yaoundé and its annex of Buea for the 2008/2009 academic year, according to the schedule enclosed. ADMISSION INTO THE INSTITUTE OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIES (I.P.S) Bamenda

 

The management of the institute of professional Studies (I P S) informs the general public and students in particular that the institution has launched admission into the school for the academic year 2008/2009.

 

I.P.S is a government approved private professional training centre (Reg. No. 0007/MINEFOP/SG/DFOP of 23rd/03/2007). IPS provides tuition in the following courses. Marketing, Accountancy, Secreteriatship, Banking/Finance and IT related courses like Web design, Video editing, Data base design, Phone repairs, Computer repairs, Networking, Computerised accounting etc.

Medical Health Personnel Examinations

         

The Minster of Public Health H.E. Mr. MAMA FOUDA has launched the competitive examinations for the training of health personnel in many fields to recruit 2335 youths. This exam shall be written on 2nd August, 2008.

THE RECRUITMENT OF COURT REGISTRY ASSISTANTS

         

The Minister of the Public Service and Administration Reforms orders as follows:

 

Article 1: A direct competitive examination for the recruitment of 225 (two hundred and twenty five) Court Registry Assistant of the “D” category of the Public Service shall be organized on 8 August 2008 in the ten provincial headquarters.

 

AND

         

A direct competitive examination for the recruitment of 200 Assistant Court Registrars of the “C” category of the public service shall be organized on 26 July 2008 in the ten provincial headquarters.

 

Article 2: General Requirements:

The examination shall be opened to all Cameroonians who are 17 years of age at least and 29 years of age at most,  as at 1st January 2008 and holder of the first school leaving certificate (FSLC), or Certificate d’Etudes Premier (CFP) (or a recognized equivalent certificate).

The examination shall be opened to all Cameroonians who are 17 years old at least and 29 years old at most, as at 1st January 2008 and holder of the General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (GCE-OL) or the Brevet d’Etudes du Premier Cycle (BEPC) or a recognized equivalent certificate

         

Article 4: File composition for both Exams

Candidates complete application files shall be deposited, against a receipt, at the Ministry of the Public Service and Administration Reforms, Department of State Human Resources Development, Direct and Scholarship Competitive Examination Service (4th floor, room 405 and 409) or in all Provincial Delegations of the Public Service, latest 11 June 2008.

1.    A registration form bearing a CFA 1000 fiscal stamp. The form can be obtained in the ministry of the public service and administrative reform  (department of state human resources development) or at all provincial delegation of the public service:

2.    A certified true copy of birth certificate signed by a competent civil authority(mayor, DO,SDO, Governor)not more than 3 (three)months old;

3.    A certificate of non-conviction not more than three months old;

4.    A certified true copy of the required certificate signed by a competent civil authority not more than 3 (three) months old;

5.    An attestation of presentation of original certificate signed by a competent civil authority not more than 3(three) months old;

6.    A receipt attesting payment of the registration fee of CFA 15000 (fifteen thousand) issued by  either the service  head for internal competitive examinations at the ministry or  the head of the recruitment  and training service at the provincial delegation of the ministry of the public service and administrative reforms;

7.    A medical certificate issued by a public sector medical  officer not more than three months old;

8.    4(four)passport-size photographs

9.    A stamped envelop bearing the candidate’s  address

         

NB: All incomplete or late files or files containing documents not signed by the competent authority shall be simply rejected.

MOUNT ZION CLINIC BAMENDA – Cameroon.

 

Health Care Providers wanted:

The general public is informed that a one – year nursing program for the training of Health Care Providers will begin at the Mount Zion Clinic, fishpond Bamenda – Cameroon, on Monday, 1st September, 2008, for the September session.

         

Health Care Providers are nurses who are needed every year in the United State and Europe to care for the elderly, the blind, the deaf, the dumb and the physically handicapped.

         

All those who wish to be trained as Health care Provider and who wish to write the American N- CLEX Exams on graduation should contact The Medical Director, Mount Zion Clinic, Fish Pond, Bamenda, N.W.P  – Cameroon, Tel No: 77 77 01 77.

         

Entry qualification:

First School Leaving Certificate, GCE “O” Level, “A” Level, or Bachelor’s Degree.

Registration for the September session of this nursing program is going on at Mount Zion Clinic, Fishpond, Bamenda.

         

It should be noted that the MOUNT ZION TRAINING CENTER is authorized by the Cameroon Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training and the students are expected to write the Government Diploma Exam at the end of 12 months of Professional training
